Scholarships are principally awarded to recognise academic potential but are also available to students who show exceptional talent as all-rounders or in a specific area.
A small number of scholarships may carry a reduction of up to 50% of the school fees in recognition of outstanding merit.
The scholarship will be retained throughout the student’s time in the School subject to satisfactory academic progress and good behaviour.
All students are automatically considered for an academic scholarship when they sit the Entrance Examination papers and therefore a separate application form is not required.
If applying for an Art, Design Technology and Engineering, Drama, Music or Sport scholarship full details of the criteria and process can be found on the individual application forms which are available to download.
Students who perform well in the Entrance Examination and have been selected for scholarship consideration will be invited to the School for an assessment day or specific audition in that particular area.
