Each term, Whitgift offers a superb range of Drama, Music, Charity and Arts events, including plays, concerts and art displays. Below is a snippet of what we have enjoyed recently.

The House Music Competition, Lent Collection Concert, WCO Concerto Concert and Strictly Come Brassing events showcased the musical talents of students across all year groups, both solo and ensemble performances. Whitgift Chamber Choir visited Westminster Abbey to sing Choral Evensong, later in the term joining forces with the Choirs of Croydon Minster and the Whitgift-Mister Choral Society for a superb rendition of Handel’s Messiah at Croydon Minster.

Our Lower First and First Form boys impressed with their stand-out portrayal of The Jungle Book whilst our Sixth Form pupils entertained with their comedic performances in Chekhov’s The Sneeze – lovely to see in both productions students who had never acted before in a School play. We are excited for what’s in the calendar this term.
