Sixth Form Play - A Few Good Men
Thursday 15, Friday 16 and Saturday 17 March
7.30pm, Performing Arts Centre
Tickets*: £8, Concessions** £4
Jack Nicholson’s iconic bellowing of ‘You can’t handle the truth!’ is probably what first comes to mind when thinking about Aaron Sorkin’s A Few Good Men. However, the compelling trial of two Marines for complicity in the death of a fellow Marine was actually a play before it was a film.
Whitgift’s talented Sixth Form actors will be bringing the story’s complex and captivating characters to life, in an innovatively-staged production in the Performing Arts Centre. The themes of truth, justice and honour are just as relevant now as when the play was written in 1989.
Please note this play contains strong language and adult themes.
