Each term, Whitgift offers a superb range of Drama, Music, Charity and Arts events, including plays, concerts and art displays. Below is a snippet of what we have enjoyed recently.

The London Myriad Ensemble (LME) joined us again for a morning workshop with the Lower first form, followed this year, with a fun-filled family recital of Sergei Prokofiev’s beloved folk tale Peter and the Wolf. The entire First Form Choir performed, alongside a host of other Whitgift musicians, treating the audience to a superb Autumn Collection Concert.

Whitgift’s Chamber Choir were privileged to make their Choral Evensong debut at Coventry Cathedral, and joined forces with the Choirs of Croydon Minster and The Academy of Haling Park to host an evening at Croydon Minster, with a performance of Brahms’ Ein Eutsches Requiem. This was followed later in the term by special recitals at The Ritz, London, and St George’s, Hanover Square, to kick off the festive season.

Whitgift House Drama showcased the boys’ considerable talents across producing, directing and even writing their own productions – a superb evening of artistic collaboration. The School play for Michaelmas Term was The Government Inspector - a highly entertaining production of mistaken identity, demonstrating the acting prowess of Whitgift students.

Please see the individual tabs for more information on upcoming events. We look forward to seeing you there!
